Please join us in remembering the role of Mary Magdalene as Jesus' disciple, apostle and beloved. We will also remember the ministry of other women who recognized Jesus' mission through the ritual of anointing. Anointing was a way to prepare Jesus for his suffering, death, and resurrection. We participate in the ritual of anointing to bless, heal and acknowledge God's presence in our lives. This is an opportunity to learn more about this overlooked practice.
